Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
So here's my usual intro.
I'm shooting a Nikon D90.
I used my Nikkor 70-210mm for this one
I left my filter on, which I fully regretted during post
I'm using my usual, old, outdated, budget flashes with some budget triggers.
Budget stands.

I decided to take my car out and do a shoot
I wanted to practice having a model, in the shot while having the car still apart of focus
Since the shoot was at 3:00 AM, I used my self as the model as I was alone on this shoot.

Below, I've posted the picture. And below that, I linked the original in jpg, fresh from camera.
The edited photo was shot in RAW (NEF), sadly when uploaded it saves as jpg, but anyways.
I want some CC on this.
Show some love, and bring on the haters.

I don't get your panoramic crop, 50% of the frame is empty, black space. Also, either I feel that you're standing in the way of the car, or that there's an annoying car in the background. My eye goes straight to the bright area of your face, it's that bright compared to the rest of the image. Both you and the car seem soft, and your pose is, well, how do I put this delicately, like you've been forced to by your enthusiastic uncle to be part of his picture. There are grey spots all over as well, and some weird grey vertical lines at RH side.

ish :)

Thanks goodstuff man.
So having some visual material in the back, is something I should leave in? I'll start thinking more when it comes to background/location

bright face, I'll try to bring that down
and pose, gotta fix that.

And I notice the location of body, to car was rough
You're right, it's either some ones in the way, or the car is randomly in the background.

I'll try to fix some of these things on my next shoot.

:) Those are my own opinions, at least. Others might say something else.

Brilliant observations!!! I love it!

you seemed pissed off on that shot

crop the side off and get rid of the der face and you got a winner.
