So I have been playing around and trying to get that low contrast look in my pics, not on ppl but on nature photos....I am having a hard time getting the look with it being gray? Any suggestions?

Low contrast will tend to make everything grayish...

I mean, that's pretty much what low contrast is, right? Everything is pretty much the same.

You can lower the contrast and raise the saturation and then shift the hue, and it won't look gray.

I would like this photo better if there wasn't a strange halo around the flower.

Instead of lowering the contrast, try lowering the saturation/vibrance...

Not really sure what that is...must've been something I have done in PP I suppose...
