It's a bit under exposed this was actually shot after dusk. High iso and a slightly slow shutter saved the shot.

Would be much improved if we could see Josh's face.. instead of the customers! The customer add context, but he is not the main subject. I realize that the sign may not have been visible then... so ask Josh to move over! He probably would have! Buy a balloon from him.. make him smile!

Not if shot properly... if you had been standing 5-10-15 feet to your right when you shot, it would have been a better shot! I don't mean pose them.. lol!

I think the customer is very photogenic as well. Interesting transaction going on... makes you wonder what is being said.

Something seems a bit off with the photo though; maybe step back and show a fuller horizontal view of the scene, with the two men as the focal point.

The customer appears bored, as if he's just waiting to take these to some grandchildren or something. He doesn't look like he's terribly interactive with josh. Josh has some big sweaty pits too!
