Girlfriends currently at Uni told her it was to expensive to go see her. I'll be driving down on Monday to surprise her after lectures, with flowers, dinner and a film..

Best part is I can do some bird watching on the way down!

Valentine's day is just another day, to be completely honest. I don't care for the holiday--it feels like the guys always have to do something special on ONE specific day. It's over-hyped, over-priced, and creates expectations that may be hard to live up to. Just do something nice for her some other day, every day, does it matter? Treat her well, spoil her occasionally. Keeps me happy!

i just take nice picture of the girlfriend, do some nice edits, write some neat words on it. Print it, frame it, bag it, present it. Its Simple, takes little work, costs barely any money and works like a charm every time

I still haven't figured it out. Mikeo was supposed to give me suggestions, but he blew it off and forgot.

We've only been dating for a little over a month. Haven't known each other for much longer than that, so I don't want to go too over the top, yet I don't want it to be something lame like a flower and chocolates. I was thinking maybe a nice dinner out and a walk along the river or something, but it's cold as ******** out right now and honestly I'd rather it be something that she can take back to school with her so if she's being a little slut she'll see it and at least feel a bit guilty. My friend suggest me to go with this Jewelry Set. I'm not sure it is right idea or not. What ya suggest to go with?
