Found these guys eating grass behind my workplace. I'm still learning so please be merciful.

I think the goose in the 2nd shot seems to be saying "I'm eating, get lost!" or something. :lmao:

Nice shots.
We have a lot of Canada Geese around here in the spring and fall.
They are beautiful birds, but don't make'em mad! They can be pretty mean!

Which camera are you using?

Do you have the shot data (exif information)?

Nikon D40 with my cheapo 55-200mm telephoto lens..I don't think 'bucket saves that information, which annoys me.

EXIF goes through Photobucket. That's not where you're stripping it. Looking more for focal length, ISO, shutter speed, f-stop, etc. than make/model.

Nice and sharp. Watch your background. On the second one; even though they are OOF, I find the other geese distracting.

Thanks! Constructive criticism helps me a whole lot. There were many geese in that one spot and they were pretty tame..it was very difficult for me to decide how to shoot them. I elected to choose one goose and take the majority of pics of him/her.
