(I might not have felt compelled to take this pic, but the spawn along with the dead bird's decaying body did give you this "Circle of Life"-concept).

actually what compelled me to take the picture was the rare occurence of maggots in water...
another thing was the fact that there was another dead bird next to it- in a fresher more feathery state...it allowed for a before/ after pic...but i decided not to include it in the shots for some reason
