The Bradford Pears are in full bloom this week. I think they are the choice of trees on new build homes. That snap like twigs in a storm.@CherylL lots of invasive Bradford Pears here. Last week the blooms were dying off and the wind was blowing the petals around Luke snow.
Exactly - a few warm days and suddenly there are green shoots everywhere.Freezing temps at night all this week and then rain all next week. Typical Spring in New England. We’ve had it snow on Easter and have been to the beach in shorts in March. I do find this time of year very cold and raw, much worse than winter. Maybe because I have spring fever once we have a warm day.
