The spokesperson said the family has agreed to receive no ongoing commercial gain from the bird or its image, undertake wildlife carer training and have ongoing engagement with DESI to ensure the bird is receiving adequate care and enrichment.

"DESI has also required the family undertake an advocacy and public education role be performed to encourage people to appropriately care for native wildlife and acknowledging the specialist skills required to care for and rehabilitate wildlife," DESI said.

Beautiful sunny warm weather the past week. This weekend will be back to cold 50s. Saturday is grand's 8th grade dance. I'm taking photos at the park before the dance of her and a few friends. I'll have to work quick so they don't have to stand out in the cold too long. I told my daughter she is my assistant cat herder

I have 3 spots within about 10 feet so they don't have to walk far on those heels When she went dress shopping her mom, my daughter, texted me the 3 dresses she picked out for me to guess which one. Right off the bat I knew dress #2 was a no go for her Dad...it had no back!
