The other day my wife and I went to an old Civil War fort in Virginia just off of the James River. At the fort there is a pretty good view of the James River Ready Reserve Fleet which is just a bunch of older vessels kept around in case of emergencies. The vessels are unmanned and anchored out in the middle of the river. So I framed my shot just as a memory snapshot...
Then when I got home and zoomed in to see the details of the vessel I noticed this black thing move from one spot on the deck...to another spot.
I checked with several agencies that are responsible for monitoring these vessels just to be sure that they are unmanned and no one was suppose to be on them and verified that no one was on board the day these were taken.
Anyway...HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!
