It's a bit over-processed for my taste - he has a glowing halo all around him which is distracting. Nice portrait though, think it'd be better if it was more natural.

My first reaction was overprocessed, but I gotta say, I can't stop looking at those red glasses. It definitely holds my attention. He just looks like he's made of wax.

I feel its really overprocessed....... Also, I find the halo and the little circles that look like dust on the filter (to the right and left side of his head), but I'm sure are a product of the bokeh to be very distracting. I would clone out those little circles at a minimum.

I also bet this would make a killer B&W.

I think there's the potential for a great portrait here, but I think you need to go back to the pixel-room and start over again. I think this might work very well as a monochrome conversion, or just a regular colour shot. Either way, I would clean up the dust spots.

It might be really cool with a gritty black and white conversion. I think you were going for an HDR look, but it seems a bit off in color. Try black and white. I bet it looks really neat.
