Well yet again I've lost or misplaced the quick release plate for the dam tripod. If it's not this it's bloody lens caps, but what i really lose the most is the eye cup thing'y.

I seem to always knock it off.

I've lost/misplaced my quick release plate "again"!

Plan on tearing the whole dam house apart tomorrow. Swapped it over for the mini tripod plate for the mushrooms last week, got me stuffed where its gone.

A replacement takes a month to get here from china.

Nope can't find it, even went out bush to have a look.

Yes digger knows he's only talking to himself here, but he hasn't had a conversation for 1000's of years.

Ps. Done looking for it, if it turns up I'll have a spare & I'll name it Harry🤣.

I found a few for a good price and picked them up a few years ago. I had 3, I still have them all. But the one from my other tirpod is gone, and I only had the one. They only disappear if you actually need them.

Glad you found 3 of'em 21 for a good price🤘, im just gonna order 2 myself. Got another tripod here but its not ball headed and it's really grabby/sticky.

I generally lose my mind.
But you find it again don't'ya?😉.

I've lost more lens caps than I can count.

Im scared to put lens caps on greybeard.

Last year with the 1 year old telephoto lens growing fungus in it rattled me. The 2 kit lenses haven't grown anything in the elements and there 4 years old and stored/treated the same way as the big telephoto lens.

The repair fella said it may be because the telephoto lens was an oldish model that was probably sitting boxed in a store/warehouse for years, some spores found there way in their some how.

He said to keep my lenses in a bright'ish room ect and to just leave the caps of'em, since the fungus grows in dark environments.

But that lens basically lives on my only camera and when im out i do sit it on the ground/grass/dirt ect.

I think i introduced the spores into it.
