The one that got away

Today I was sitting on my sister in law's porch with my Z50 and 50-250 @ 250mm, 1/2500, and iso auto. I was so ready to catch that humming bird that had been teasing me. I looked up and there he was not 10 ft from me, in perfect light and position. By the time I got my camera up to my eye, he was gone.
