This is so much the norm these days with the advent of better phone or iPad cameras.

Norm is correct. I get plenty of requests from people, when I'm out with my tripod, of people asking me to take a photo of them with their phone.
I guess they think I know what I'm doing but with a camera phone. Ugh!!!!

I'm always happy to snap a photo of someone with their camera phone! I'll still make it look great, and the best part is that they can immediately share it with others via instagram or facebook or whatever other media they choose. It's instantaneous and spontaneous, and to me that is beautiful. I love available technology.
