Nice shot, happy faces. Don't know if this helps, but the younger boys clothes could be a smidge lighter. Makes his head kinda look flotty.

Better. The main distractions for me are swing in the foreground and the bold writing on the boys shirt.

I like the geometry and the moment captured, and the conversion is good.

Nice capture. I agree with Majeed, it's unfortunate for the swing, but the rest of elements more then make up for it. :thumbup:

If this were an editorial or a shot as an AD It would be a good idea to tie up the swing that is in the way, dress the boys in something that separates easily and has no grophics on the shirt..... sorry you feel ouch but with more styling it would be a different image...... i still like it.

I mean, there's more than editorial and ad photography. Photojournalism or Candid photography for example. I mean, I classify snapshots as poor, composition-less, shots.

You took the words right out of my mouth EXCEPT, I go one step further and say snapshots CAN BE poor and composition-less, but they don't have to be.
To me this is a really nice candid shot of your kids. It not posed or planned. It's a candid and a nice one.

Sure, but usually when you call someone's work a snapshot, it's generally not good.
