The Storm's Path

I took this photo in Badlands National Park back in June. As I was driving around the upper rim area looking for some wildlife I noticed a storm sweeping across the plain in the distance. The road lined up with the Black Hills off in the distance. This was one of my favorite captures of the entire trip.

There is absolutely nothing else to do but sightsee and hike and take pictures but it is the most beautiful place to photograph I have ever been. The golden hours are insane out there

The detail and contrast in the clouds, combined with the gritty texture of the road, make me dig this one. Nice work !!
