Maybe a bit overexposed? I'm not sure; I like the sunlight on her skin. Nice composition, too, imo. It's simple and uncluttered, and no distractions. I'd leave less space over her head, though, and try to include the rest of her arm. Maybe reflect more light into the left eye? Well, I like it.

I agree, I wish I wouldn't have cut off her poor elbow :)
 
Shot would be far better in portrait orientation.... the back ground is just dead space. A vertical crop would be recommended here. Lighting is very harsh... too strong on her right, and the shadows on her left are stronger than they should be. A reflector or fill flash would have helped immensely.

Very much a quick edit, and a difficult to work with image size.. but you can see the difference:
