I just received my 430 ex with a Stofen Omni-bounce!!! and a 200DG bag... Now all my camera stuff will be in one bag and not everywhere.

I finally got my flash but now nothing to shoot and with... Any suggestion on any good websites or anything I should read up on about flash photography? Aside from the strobist which is focused on off camera, as of right now I'll only be shooting on camera and would like to learn how to use my 430EX properly.
