In general, I like them.
For the first, the camera angle and pose stop it from being a really good shot. A couple of things to think about. In general, if it bends, make it different. This goes to the wrists, elbows, etc. Also, for hands, it is much more feminine to see the inside of the wrist instead of the back of the hand. Back of the hand is more a masculine pose. Also, the shoulders should have been turned a bit so that they aren't straight on. It could have also benefited from shooting from slightly higher up so that the subject wasn't looking down at you. On the positive side, I love the lighting on this shot. Nicely done.
For the second, a lot of the same thing applies, although I think the shoulder rotation was a bit much in this pose. I also think the hand being cut off in front of her, uhm, shorts should have been avoided. Again, if she opens up her hand so that her wrist is exposed instead of the back of her hand makes for a more pleasing feminine photo. Also, for the second, the subject looks a bit under exposed to me.
Nice job using the Sun as a hair light for both of these shots. It is obvious that you did think about the lighting and did a pretty good job on it. Now, you just gotta work on the posing.
