All of the enumerated shots were manipulated in Light Room 5 - How can I get better exposures so I can finagle less in Light Room and is there a way to "dodge & burn" (like in film) to make the clouds more detailed? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated & thank you for taking the time - Have A Great Day!!!

LightRoom's gradient tool and adjustment brush give you the dodge/burn ability you want.

I don't have Lightroom, but I assume it has filters. So when converting to B&W, use a filter.
