I bought a Yongnuo 568 from them about 2 1/2 weeks ago and the shipping info has been "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece" for about 2 weeks. I know their website say shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks but this just seems a little odd. I'm just wondering if I should try and contact them?

I'm in the U.S. Complaining about it not being here wasn't my intent. I just thought, from the way I read that message, it sounds as if it hasn't left yet, and I thought that was a little strange. It may not be, and that's fine. I just wasn't sure.

I'm not familiar with that particular company, but typically, they don't stock anything. When they get the order, and perhaps they need to wait until they have a certain number of orders, then they order from the factory. The factory may or may not have them on hand, so they are placed into the production schedule when they receive a certain number of orders.

I think 2 to 3 weeks is what everybody says.
