Pretty girl but it looks like her head and shoulders are two different people with her head being a nice olive/almost Asian skin tone and her shoulders being a pink, almost Caucasian looking skin tone...it could be my monitor too.

A good portrait well-lit with attractive colours; it happens often that skin colour and tones vary a lot from face to other parts of the body, especially hands. Here maybe she had some cream over her face ... when applied foundation cream can give the face an odd colour.
Shooting from a slightly high viewpoint results in the eyes being open wider as they are looking up at the lens; I get a feeling that's what happened here. The model is very comfortable with the photographer and the result is very pleasing. Sharpness and focussing are spot-on.
