HOT AND HUMID!!! My apartment A/C broke so I have been feeling sticky all day. Opened windows and blowing fans are only enough to keep me from going crazy. Now I am waiting for the day to get dark and head to the park where the town will set the fire works.

Sucks to be in south Florida.

Oh, I was talking to my friends in Iceland. It's 14C over there today. I am so jealous!

That's the problem I have with this area. Everyone has a swimming pool in their backyard. Every apartment complex has one too, but they are all kiddy pools at best. Just give a kick and you are knocking into the wall on the other side. I really miss having swimable pools.

And no, doesn't work jumping into all the massive man-made lakes here. You don't want to be messing around with potential gators and certainly water snakes.
