Not sure what's going on there, Ron. Looks like a very bad case of fogging in that lens. Seems to be imparting a white look to everything. I'd send it in for a CLA.

That's how I remember that white stuff looking unless it looks different from region to region (don't think so) so I think you captured it well.

I agree with Kirk! The image appears realistic to me! I've been in a lot of snowy conditions from bright sunshine to whiteouts - isn't photogrpahy about "what your eye sees"? BTW Ron, I like the image.

It looks like fog but the air is just full of snow. I missed it at the worst when you could not see the trees out back.

I remember the blizzard of '78, it was like a curtain made of snow it came down so heavy.
