Those 20D got stupid cheap all of a sudden..

Yeah, it's pretty much a 20D "n". One of the big upgrades was a downgrade in price. Oh well, nothing wrong with a 20Dn, I was just hoping it would cause all the gear masturbators to drop the 20D, and then I could snatch a back-up for cheap.

After buying the 300D I realize I probably should have waited till I had a little extra to get the 350D. I'm just really bad with money, and If I didn't hand over the cash immediatly for the 300D I would have spent it elsewhere.

I'm happy with it. I'd have just been happier with the 350D.

Yep bace, I know what you mean. Everytime I see something nice camera wise I hve a slight pang of regret for getting a 350D instead of a rolleiflex or a nice film slr etc

But seeing as I was going to get a Sony DSC-H1 until my mum said it might be good to buy a better camera and I then got the 350D it doesn't last very long. The thing is to not get bogged down by new releases like I sometimes do. I spend hours reading reviews of equipment I'll never be able to afford. Bad habit but I still do it.

Bad idea. They look like one of those too-good-to-be-true scam sites, similar to priceritephoto (google it if you haven't heard the story about them).

What does this scam scheme look like i need to look out for?There´s this one place i could get a 20D kit with lense for a G and i dont really wanna have to sent out my goons over this..

You just get a feel for it. Post a shop/deal here and we can probably spot if they're dodgy for you. What they do is take out all the goodies - battery, cards, strap etc. and sell them to you for exaggerated prices making what was a good deal, now a crap deal.

Check out the resellerratings website listed above and see if your online shop is on it and what their rating is.

It also states that this applies for the body only edition. Well ,what comes with the kit version? I am asking because i will email that company where i´m thinking of buying it to see what they will tell me..
