Repetition is cool. What really makes repetition really sing, is a break in it.

I like it. I might have tryed focusing in on just numbers a bit more and some how getting the hand rail out of the way. It's interesting enough to play around with.

I personally like the hand rail there, its like a divider from the faded numbers to the really dark numbers. Its like its keeping the two away from each other because they don't belong together at all. And the symmetry in the stairs in the background is neat as well.

Great job setting the camera up perfectly. I'd like to see a little bit less vignetting on the dark rain-soaked field,and a little bit brighter rendering of the rain puddle. Just a hair brighter would be good.
