Well Thunder Over Louisville was yesterday, had a good time at the airshow. Here are some shots I snapped. All I have to say is shooting planes is really difficult, especially when using a manual focus (I don't get very good results with my autofocus). Also, I really need a bigger lens!

1. Day started off nice; blue sky and everything.

Oh, I don't think so. Just needs some contrast enhancement to make the WartHog and sky pop a bit. Two passes of Topaz Adjust's 'Clarity' preset.

Would you mind explaining to me a bit better what you did, because that looks great! My PS skills are still a bit weak. I generally just adjust the white balance, exposure, light curve and saturation of the RAW file and then use the GIMP to apply some selective sharpening.
