Tiffen 77mm 0.6 ND Grad

I have just bought a Tiffen 77mm 0.6 ND Grad for £16.55 or about $25 on ebay. I was wondering how come I saved so much seeing how it's over $86 or £55 on Adorama. It's brand new and never been opened and this cost less than my ND8 Hoya filter? Just kind of concerned, thats all.

The person seems honest, but honesty is only skin deep. Myself at the moment would choose 2 or 3. :/ well at least it's not masses of fortune and if it is fake I can always try sending it back.
