I don't understand.

None of your examples are like what you get from a TS.

Yeah, they looked like regular photos to me.

I am still getting used to this trick also. i usually either A) edit the tilt shift in or B) use my TS lens. Its actually a pretty good method though. works much outside on landscapes

I think you're kinda marketing yourself to the wrong group of people on this forum, mostly because if someone is a beginner I doubt they will go looking for advice in a Beyond the Basics sub-forum.

I don't like this method personally because of the potential of dust on the sensor

When i made this video I couldnt really go out and try somethings. I take better TS shots in the city. I tried to do the same effect within a small house with a 50-330mm lense haha. Even though the photos didnt turn out as good, i hope that beginners learn from this. That was the only point you know?
