I didn't even notice the car.

Edited: Come to think of it, now that I notice the car, I like it. It adds to the meaning that I take out of the image. The picture works for me because of the irony: a retro-feeling picture of an ad for 'retro-photos'. The car adds to the contrast between old and new.

Thanks guys. I just like the idea of a "time swing", that can swng you to the past (represented by two retro fugures) and the present, represented by the girl. And since the girl's dress is a bit retro, those two are looking at her as if saying "come here, you belong to our time". But the way she holds the swing suggests she is not going..
and I just liked the evening light.

Yeah, this is definitely one of those deceptively simple shots that can still carry different stories for different people, including the photographer, of course! It's like a Hemingway story
