Time to say "Good bye TPF"

I'm leaving.

I was thinking of just leaving and not saying a thing but guess what? I spent too much time on TPF, I can't just leave.

First, I want to say

to all the people I met here and who helped me in my photography journey.

This was the only forum I was active on. And for the biggest part I have good things to say about it, I'll also mention that TPF helped me personally when I was going trough a very difficult period in my life so I'm really grateful to people here.. but... it's time to leave.
Things aren't as they used to be, some people I really appreciate are gone and I can't tolerate things that regularly happen here anymore.

I don't know if you're aware that Dan Ostergren left also. So that makes two of us.

I have other ways to contact some people I would like to stay in touch with.
But if you want to stay in touch with me you can do it trough Facebook, Instagram, 500 pix, Flickr, LinkedIn, and www.marijasmanja.com. But I'm mostly active on Facebook just so you know.

I haven't managed to find another place to frequent so if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

And of course, I'll be here to respond if you have anything to say in this thread.

We'll miss you. It puzzles me that good people leave here. There is a lot of worthwhile work and discussion here, even if there are some people who don't really contribute much and who also can be pretty negative. I hope you check in on us now and then and decide it's worth spending some time here.
