Id like to get a mini tripod or something. The teacher brought in one that clamps to things like a car window, table, etc, even has 3 mini legs to use, but it didnt seem to stable so I woudlnt wnat to be using an expensive lens with that.
The canon rebel 2000 even has an attachment that gives you a bigger grip and has a tripod in the bottom of it, which I thought was rather weird. I may have gone for it if I didnt go for the bp200 battery pack.
