A couple of shots from the long weekend, I'm happy to hear any suggestions.

1. The harsh shadows are tough. There really isn't any interest here. It's just... no story, no real draw into it.
2.That looks like the "I didn't do it... " face!

The thing is I really can't give you cc on these. They are snapshots and that makes them priceless and perfect. They aren't meant to be anything other than a mom or dad's snapshots of a child they love.
If you want to step up your snapshots-don't shoot in the harsh sun, look for open shade or an overcast day instead. Get down to your child's level and shoot them from there instead of down on them.
