Tokina 80-200 2.8 MF Tripod collar

Hey everyone, I have a Tokina 80-200mm F/2.8 AT-X Manual focus and it did not come with a tripod collar when I bought it.

Does anyone know where to get a tripod mount for this specific lens? Or does somebody know of a tripod mount or collar that is compatible with it?

I'd think your best bet would be Craig's List/eBay or your local used shop. There aren't too many generic tripod collars out there, 'though one Tokina collar may fit several different Tokina lenses.
