Tonight's dinner was...

An omelette. With mushrooms, peppers, kale, and a sprinkle of grated Romano cheese. Missus was very happy.

I love a good omelette...but sorry you are missing a key ingredient. I bet you could guess it!

Well, I don't list ALL the ingredients. And sadly, I didn't have any bacon - the stuff has NO shelf life in our house.

That is a gorgeous omelet! Even without the bacon. I like lots of cheese in mine - yummy!!
