So I was just playing around with some photos on LR3 and trying to get a feel for it and this is sort what I came up with on this late Sunday night/Monday morning. I don't really know how I feel about these so I was relying on some of your input to see if these photos do anything for you guys. C&C welcome.

Also, I think my sensor might be a little dirty so if someone could quickly tell me how to check that, that would be great. :)

Open notepad, make it full screen (so your whole screen is white). Set your camera to f/22 and put it on aperture priority, and point it at the screen. Take a picture. The amount of dust will probably amaze you.

The stratosphere shot is suffering from harsh sunlight (it's completely white) and the eyes look a little overdone in the portrait.

That second shot looks very similar to our own space needle :)
