Very creative. I think #1 has a lot of potential; I like the way you've illuminated the ice, but overall the series seems a little under-exposed to me.

The glass looks real dirty because of the lighting.

The book Light: Science and Magic, An Introduction To Photographic Lighting by Fil Hunter, has an entire chapter devoted just to how to light glass using both bright and dark field techniques. Pages 148 - 179
