No crop. Not for me.
Didn't know what to expect (really) from the title, but I sure did not expect THIS!

I think a crop on the center group would create a totally different image. But at the same time I would keep both of them because the original is amazing as well.

Nice shot. But I would crop it to a vertical shot focused on the main group, if you wanted to really make it look like a traffic jam. I can show you what I mean if you like.
Where did you shoot this? Love the colours!

It was shot at Canada's Wonderland from a foot bridge looking straight down on a man made river.

Go ahead and do the crop and show me what you are after.

I like it as is and BlackSheep's crop as well. Additionally a 7:5, cropping off a bit of the image to the right may work.

I've taken my version of the OP's photo down, just since they seem to have decided to leave TPF, and I have a feeling that they wouldn't want me keeping up their photo anymore.
