Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
It is really clear to me why the combination of traveling and photography is sooo important to me.
It is an incomparable thrill to be somewhere else, out of my usual culture, leaving all that stuff behind and photography allows me to relive the feelings over and over.

Just seeing all the different names at one of the areas where you meet drivers is a reminder of how big and different the world is.

Our hotel was close to the airport because we were flying north the next day but I was too keyed up to sleep so I went for a walk to stretch my legs and to see what I could see.
It was about 10 at night but Bangkok was still steaming hot - and loud.

I walked down to a night market I had seen from the hotel van.
It was an amazingly free feeling to be in a strange place with lots of fairly indecipherable things going on and in a culture that was so different from mine that I could live here for years and never 'get' it all.

I had posted this one below - and today I printed it.
It looks great and I think I'll frame and hang it.
I've been back about 10 days and now I'll start thinking about where to go next.
