Spotted in the parking lot of my local JCC this morning: BIG old tree, thought to be dead, cut way back, enough left for a sculpture, sculpted and varnished. And now it is growing again!

That is so cool! I guess the massive pruning gave it a jump-start?
Love the sculpture! I hope the varnish won't do any harm.
