With help from a friend, I tried my hand at mounting one of my 7Ds on the post at the University of Cincinnati vs. UConn game last weekend.
You can read all about how I set it up, problems I ran into, equiptment used and whatnot right here, on my blog: http://blog.sgdoesit.com/blog/2011/03/college-basketball-with-a-remote-camera/

It was pretty cool.. actually, I'm completely hooked on it now. I have a magic arm in the mail on its way to my house right now.

I was happy with my results for my first time. Noted a few things to do better next time, but all in all, I'm content with it.
Annnnyhow, here's a few shots from the day... there are a lot more on the blog post linked above.
just a funny one
obviously not from the remote.
Thanks for looking! Don't forget to check out the rest of them on my blog!
