What do you mean in the body of the email do you mean how did he post the picture in the thread then check out the sticky(the threads at the very top of the page) that says how to post images. It will help you out. and btw i really like the 2nd pic great colors.

I think you mean in the post?

I uploaded the pics to flickr and then right-click on the pic and select "copy image location". This will copy the link of the image. Then I posted it here.
