Tripod Heads

Need some help picking new head for my Bogen 3021 Tripod.The Bogen is a "ROCK" but would like a good head.Portrait work and a little landscape.Thanks

I use the 3265 grip ball head, and I like it. It's decent. I've found that it doesn't hold enough weight for a large lens, but for portraiture and the occasional landscape, I'm sure it would be fine.
