Tripod question

I saw a tripod the other day and enjoyed it, but forgot what it was. It had a center shaft with a button on the bottom that you pressed in pulled it up and when fully to the top could fold it down on its side. Also at that point you could swivel the camera from side to side to make a T or upside down L shape. Could also flip the tripod 360 degrees and the camera also. Anybody hopefulyl understand what im talking about and perhaps what tripod this was.

I think its a Manfroto 190 XPROB i have that one and like it very much
