Tripod question

[HomelessBoy]

Just received my tripod. YAY! The question is should I bring my tripod case with me when I take the tripod outside?

I don't even have a case for mine. If I did, I would most likely stick it in the box I have all the unused photo stuff I have collected and brought out when I decide to sell it so I can say, "Case included."

Don't you live outside....HomelessBoy?

If you want to take the case with you, then take it with you. If you don't, then don't. Why do you have to ask other people?

He means "out from under the bridge".

Why would you want to take the case?

OP, you mean tripod "bag"? I take mine in a padded carry bag on the back of my motorcycle because it holds the umbrellas, and prohibits my light stands against it on the back seat from trashing the carbon fibre.

handy to have if you don't have a strap on the tripod but otherwise could be more of a pain i would have thought!
