Trying my new toy, YN-360

Before christmas I check out my Amazon.com, and was surprised to find a balance of 110$, so I decide to order the Yongnuo YN-360.
For those not familiar with it, it's a cheap solution, replacement for the Icelight that I'm way to poor at the moment to justify a 500$ Led lamp purchase.

An amateur model, friend of mine agreed to help me test my new toy (yes it's a toy, lol) and was patient enough with me trying different approach, here is so of the photo I had time to modify.

Bonus my cat helping me setting my things, he's always telling me in Meow language - Paint me like one of your french lady.

Overall would I recommend.
yes, it's not well build, but it's a pretty nice tool, especially great to have in tight space.

I'll just critique #1. At first I thought it was OK as most of your stuff is but then.....
I realized it was because she has nice boobs. And thats what the light is saying.... look at my boobs.
The eye goes to the brightest part of the image.
The face needs a reflector to fill in some shadows. I think most single light poses can be improved with a reflector.
The pose is awkward as the hands don't seem right and they make the shoulders look odd.
Sorry, it just doesn't work for me.

I was going for an harsh look. A bit demonic with a red light, dominant look and pose as if she's walking toward her prey. I had a 50% love 50% hate it, critic. Some love the expression, some only see the boobs, so I will take those comments in consideration.

Lovely model, but the cat steals the show!
Nice work, the light looks like it works great. Those LED lights have come a very long ways in a short time.

Nice photos. I'm not too sure about the first one, I agree with others here about the pose. From your response to the critique of that pose I think I understand what you were aiming for. I think if her body hadn't of been so straight/square/stiff/not really sure what word to use it would have been better. Such as hands on her sides but with a very slight turn in her abdomen and one leg kind of stepping forward (hope that makes sense).

The YN-360 does look like a neat toy to get. I may need to get one just to play around with it.
