Trying out new macro lens and lighting c&c

Hi Gang,
Looking to get your opinion on this shot. Took quite a few and for the most part they came out well. I used a home made light box and 2 flashes(one straight down on top and one to the left). Stuck the sunflower in and shot in manual, so it is taking me longer to get the right settings. I hope in the long run, shooting in manual pays off.

Anyway here it is, let me know what you think. I will post the full flower in the morning.

I think you could boost the saturation a bit on it though, as it seems a bit wahed out on my monitor.

What was your exif?

Good colors and composition. I'm just not feeling the DoF. I like to see your exif as well. I would have stopped it down to bring in some more detail.

yeah f2.8 will do that. Do you like the DoF? Try shooting it at f5.6 or f8. You may like the results.
