Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Here are some shots from my first few days with my new camera. I don't trust myself enough to keep taking photos without some outside criticism.
These are all from my neighborhood.

I really like number 2

I just saw number two and thought I really like it as the above poster has already said. it is beautiful! Great start! :)

Pretty good! I like 1 2 3 mostly. The vividness of 1 and the framing of 2 and 3. The bokeh (google it) of 1 is a bit ugly (and the blown highlights). The lensflare in 2 could be cloned out. The leaf in 3 is a bit oversaturated and the other is blown. If you spot metered instead of using evaluative/partial off of the highlight you'd cast the tree stump into darkness but preserve that highlight - so shoot RAW ideally (if possible), meter for the highlights generally and try to lift the darker parts of the scene afterwards, in editing.

My favourite is number 3, although that leaf does seem slightly oversaturated. Very nice shots though!

Thanks everyone! I'll try and gauge my saturation more for normality. Frisii, I wish I could shoot raw, but I only have a sony hx100v(but it was free). Maybe the photography Gods will take pity and send me a real camera!

You've got a good eye, keep it up, I also love #2 :) (the picture not the bodily function)

Thanks! I'll shoot some more tomorrow.

are you using flash in some?

Great start!

No, not in any of these. To be honest I haven't thought about it. Maybe I should experiment further...

I loved 2 & 3 both very beautiful! I like your style!

Your absolutely first pictures and you take pictures like these? Kidding me? Where did you learn about composition? Exposure? :) I like them. Seen MUCH worse from more experienced "photographers" here...

#2 is really nice, as everyone else has already said. I like 3 and 4, but would love to see #3 again from a different angle just to see how it would change the look. #1 what the heck are those fruits/flowers? Interesting.

Thanks again everyone! Before I decided to go out and take some artistic pictures, of course I googled the basics of photography haha. Thats how I began, I guess.

They were some bluish colored berries I found, idk.
