Thank you again for all the comments! Occasionally i'll shoot doubles, but I should definatly do that more.

i like having pictures to play with, and your caption states its ok to edit your pictures, so i had a go at it....

(i played with levels ever so slighty as well to bring out a hint of contrast.)

...and dont worry about the whole framing thing. it takes time, but as others stated try to think about it while shooting. when looking through the viewfinder just before you take the picture, have a last glance around real quick to make sure nothing is sticking out of the subjects head, or nothing is covering a part of their body you want seen.
