Trying To ID This Bug?

I don't know what it is but it sure is cool.

Very interesting -- it looks nymph-like but I'm not sure what sort of baby-beast it might be. I don't see a bug-type mouth, and the big compound eyes seem sort of unusual, too. I'm drawing a blank.

This looks more like a wingless fly rather than a true bug. I am not able to help more than that as it is not from my part of the world.
