Tutorials for photoshop?

Well recently ive been looking for tutorials on how to do Photoshop effects. Such as Coloring and Facial Retouching. Does there happen to be a Photoshop tutorial site that is very good and very detailed? Ive looked and haven't found any good tutorials there either not alot of tutorials on the webpage, or there not specific. Thanks guys!
